Just wanted to update everyone on what Team Kozy was up to this week for training!!..

The day that stuck out the most would prolly be our Sunday workout! We really wanted to be outside and soak up the outdoor living so the team decided to canoe up and down the seine river!! It was an amazing time! We were divided into groups of 2 and each group had their own canoe! It was not only a great workout, but taking in nature was really quite remarkable! Karly even had to wrestle a bear in the woods!! JK… We didn’t think Winnipeg was capable of such crazy scenery (it felt like we were in the amazon!!) After the canoe trip the team still wanted more training so Karly and I set up an obstacle course to finish them off! ;p

Saturdays workout was awesome as well.. the team flipped the huge monster tires, used the sledge hammmers and of course did the kettlebells.

Thursday night.. we did an outdoor workout at Donna sarna PT to show case our training to the patrons for Corydon ave! That was something else.. peeps were asking about what we were doing and stopping to stare at the training that was taking place at DSPT!

Anyway, it has been quite a crazy week training… we are excited to see what crazy things we are going to come up with this week.

The selection of MONSTER tires the team flipped on the weekend.. FUN!

Today during our early morning workout, the Team got up to 1,000 reps!!! This was our goal when we started at 500 reps of various exercises a few weeks ago!!! We did the 1,000-Rep Workout!!! way to go Team Kozie!!!

Btw, our numbers today were outstanding!! The team was down 18 lbs this week for a TOTAL of 175 LOST!!! BOOYAH!!!

    WOW!! I just heard one of the trainers on the radio! OMG that is just great work Team Kozy! How do you guys do it!? I would like to join your program! To see and hear about your results is just so motivating and I’m sure you guys can do this to all people you get a hold of! Congrats team Kozak! You guys are great!!
