So one of the trainers with Team Kozy decided that we were thru with the indoor train programs… It looks like Sunday’s = no indoor exercising!!!  It’s all outdoor baby!! WHOOP WHOOP!!   Trainer ‘K’ thought it would be a fun and awesome idea to go for a run through St. Boniface – no big deal right??!!!  I was wrong!  She took  us for a run thru the scenic neighbourhood all the way to Fort Gibraltar and thought it would be fun to run up the stairs (if you all go to the ‘fort’ you all will know what I’m tlaking about..)  So here is the Sunday program that we did this past Sunday!!

Start point: Acceleration Performance

  • approx 2KM run to the Fort!
  • 8 sets of stairs up and down the Fort
  • active rest – Pulls ups x Failure, Push ups x Failure, dips x Failure
  • repeat x 2
  • jog back to the gym

I wish we had pics to post what we did and how beautiful the days was… we all enjoyed a great workout and we also got our ‘brown on’ from the sun! ;p (errr.. at least I did!)
