Motivation is what get’s you started, HABIT is what keeps you going!

The above title is so true!  Team Alan and the rest of the Winnipeg’s Biggest Loser teams have just started on the road to which hopefully they will all make health and fitness a HABIT in their everyday lifes.

Team Alan has 4 great people that want to get back to a healthier life style.  Linda, Kyle, Anthony, and Kyle Jon are training with Billy Phan with Everest Training Centres.  Assessments and weigh ins have been done, workouts have started, and nutrition plans have been discussed.  The team is excited and ready to shed some pounds.

Billy has the team set up on PT sessions, circuit training, and even some zumba classes….maybe I can post some pictures of the team doing a little salsa dancing!
